Optimize Personal Training Our facility has a wide variety of equipment to cater for all of our clients needs.

The studio is also spacious with plenty of floor space to do boxercise drills, circuit exercises, suspension training, general toning and stretching. We have male and female trainers that are qualified and experienced in:
• Weight loss and weight management
• Strength training and toning
• Medical referrals i.e. high blood pressure
• Sport specific and performance training
• Improved posture and f

lexibility
• General well being

The Studio has the following equipment:
•Treadmill
•X – Trainer
•Exercise Bike
•Power plate
•Full set of Dumbbells up to 25kg
•Boxing gloves and pads
•Stability balls
•Cable machine
•Flat and incline benches
•Functional training equipment, VIPR, Medicine balls, wobble boards, power bag
•TRX suspension training

We have shower and toilet facilities so if you wanted to train before or after work you can get freshened up before you leave ready to carry on with the rest of your day.

Motivation! Sometimes we need a goal to get our training on track. Last year I was really struggling to get my confidence and motivation to run consistently. So I signed up for the London landmarks Half Marathon. It's been a tough few months but I'm ready for the start line and running for such an amazing charity Maggie Centres makes the work worthwhile. Sometimes you need to commit to a challenge to get yourself going again. Continued motivation can be difficult

Fitness means something different to all of us. The exercise routine we follow to reach these goals will therefore be different from person to person.

We all have our own start point and our own destination. However keeping moving is a necessity for our health and wellbeing.

Matt has kept himself fit in recent years by focusing on his mobility, core and spinal health enabling him to keep fit and active in his everyday life.
