So 6 years ago today I attended my first ever Zumba Jam (love fb memories popping up and reminding me of wonderful times 🥰)

Roll forward to today and yes you guessed it…I’m still jamming 😏😍 it is hands down my favourite way to spend my weekend 🙌🫶❤️ learning and improving myself and growing as an instructor is really important to me and I am so grateful for this programme!!

My favourite duo together .telis you are just both simply 🔥 and to add to this…a 5 track jam 😳🤯 I nearly fell off my chair when the playlist arrived!!! Rony I know you never usually do this, what an absolute treat 🤩🙏

You both spoilt us all rotten today with the choreos, the education, the ZJ Tips, just EVERYTHING! So so grateful for you both 🫶 you work so well together, I can’t wait for the next one already! And…now that Rony is a bit closer…well…I’ll watch this space 😏🤣😏🤣

Huge thank you as always to everyone who has supported me this year, even more so than normal with my being off for my hip replacement for three months 🙏🫶🥰 you are all amazing!!!

My first Zumba Toning in a month due to work and events and I had a brand new lady from Germany 🇩🇪 join me and a lovely friend from Egypt 🇪🇬 I haven’t seen for a while 🙏🫶 I love meeting you all from around the world 🌍 the power of online teaching, long may it continue!

I feel like I haven’t moved properly since Zumbamas and oh my goodness it was good to be back, toning sticks in hand and just have fun with you 🥰💪💜

Anyone who knows me well or attended my classes when I was fighting fit will understand exactly what this picture is for 😉😍 and oh yes I’m back 😏🤣👏

Tonight was my first Fitness class back after almost 6 months out recovering from my hip replacement and oh my goodness I cannot even begin to describe how good it felt to be able to move properly, pain free and basically jump around my lounge and of course to see my wonderful ladies who have been the best support to me 🥺🥰

So…of course I threw new songs in…from jams I took in October last year…it won’t surprise anyone that they were both from who is my absolute favourite Zumba Jammer 🫶❤️ look out class this jam ju**ie has so many new ones stored up for when I was able to teach them with the 💯 energy they deserve 🙏❤️

Never have I ever posted a thank you after an event this late 🙈🫣🫠 forgive me it’s been a crazy week!!!!

From the moment we left my house at 7:15am Sunday to go to ZJ™ RONY BACK TO LONDON - OPEN TO ALL to the moment I stepped back through the door at 11:30pm and even until now, this very moment - I HAVE NOT STOPPED SMILING 🥰😍🤩🫶

I cannot thank .telis enough for making this happen again & simply being the BEST host ever 🙏🫶❤️ we all salute you! Keep doing what you are doing you are brilliant! Xx

The jam was off the roof 🔥🔥🔥🔥 if anyone has not jammed with either Lina or Rony get booking you will not be disappointed!! 😍😍😍😍

Followed by an absolutely electric masterclass 💃🏻👏🙌🌟 so many amazing people in one room and the positive energy was unbelievable 🫶 I am still absolutely buzzing from it - If I’ve missed tagging anyone I am so sorry! 😘

What does 100 Zumba Jam Sessions look like?
For me just this 😍🙌🥳👏🫶🔥🙏❤️👌

I am so so grateful for this programme! It’s absolutely my favourite place to be in the world, and thanks to our virtual world I can literally be anywhere 🌍❤️thank goodness because 97 of my 100 have been virtual and I have met THE MOST AMAZING PEOPLE - ZJ’s and fellow ZINs - I’ve made friends for life through this programme and I’ll be forever grateful for this 🫶🫶🫶🫶

I am a completely different instructor because of this programme! A huge thank you to every single ZJ who I’ve had the pleasure of attending their jam (33 to be exact), the 300 hours of learning, countless ZJ tips and education that I believe you can only get from these sessions - I don’t care what anyone says, this jam ju**ie firmly believes you learn more than simply choreography!

Our Jammers work tirelessly every day to bring new choreography, new music, new styles and simply push our limits to believe in ourselves that we can do what they do, just because it doesn’t always look exactly the same does that mean it’s not great? I know my Destroza doesn’t look like and my Salsa 💃🏻 is not as beautiful as .telis but they instill a belief in me that I can take these choreos to my class and be my best self and deliver to my students and for me that’s the best ever feeling and why they do what they do! They give us the skills and tools and let us do what we want with them 🙏🙏

To every single ZJ who has influenced my Zumba Instructor journey I say a humongous thank you 🙏 I am so utterly grateful you have no idea! Keep doing what you are doing and spreading this love and keep us jam ju**ies happy!!!!

To the countless hours, music, choreos, ZJ Tips and the million memories - I salute you all! 😘 I am one happy jam ju**ie ❤️❤️❤️❤️

If anyone notices me not jamming for the next few months…please don’t panic…I am having a brand new hip 🫣😬 I’ll be back I promise and building up to the next level badge (we all know I love a badge 😂) seriously though, it’s just a break not goodbye and I’ll be back and ready to Jam again before you know it! ###
