Getting into a new routine after all these years is tough but I’m loving going every day early doors to the gym! Alternating TABATA or EMOM and then a heavy session (knee dependant!)

Well guys! The last session is done and dusted! Trying to hold it together for our last round was super tough! Seeing so many turn up for tonight’s session was just so amazing and we truly do thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all the support you’ve give to us over all these years! You’ll never know how much that means to us!
We were both sobbing and so were many others! We love you all and will miss you in our world every week! Our new norm is going to be very strange to get established after so many years!

I’m sorry I’ve been quiet on here! Still in denial that we’re fast approaching our last week!
We did our penultimate Monday session which was awesome and much harder than Mr Lane realised considering he said it was meant to be an easy one 🤷🏽‍♀️

My current body weight is 58kg. So deadlifts this morning which is my fav!!
