I’m certain with the intensity of my sessions & added food that tissue is being added. Scale weight has plateaued over recent weeks but food has now been upped which should see a rise once againšŸ“ˆ

In general a hit & miss start to my off season due to some personal stresses. My head is fully back in the game now & I’ve had a really good 10days or so under my belt now. Feels great to be back & with a new found hunger.

All boxes being ticked once again. Time to pick up the forkšŸ“

24/7 Access to your coach - it’s very hard to put a foot wrong if you’re constantly asking questions & willing to learn. & If you’re not putting a foot wrong, chances are you’re getting RESULTSšŸŽÆ

Learn how to actually achieve results & WHY you’re doing the things you are - if we took an in person pt for example, chances are you’re just being babysat. Reps being counted, you get a good pump & go home. But when they’re not there to motivate you, you revert back to unhealthy habits. They haven’t taught you what you should be doing outside of their sessions!

Accountability - having someone there that expects highly of you is very powerful. It can often feel harder letting someone else down than yourself. A coach will keep you on track & you won’t want to let them down!

Plenty of progress has been made but still lots of room to push. Another 6-8 weeks of pulling food & pushing expenditure before we reverse back up into a long off season.

Motivation plays a huge part when deciding to compete, it’s not always going to be there. These are the moments that you have to remind yourself of your why & keep disciplined. Very proud of how Sam has taken to the plan, motivation has lacked in recent weeks but this hasn’t stopped the process & the pics speak for themselves.

Currently 17.8lbs up from stage weight as of this morning. The goal of this off season is quite clear: grow & grow in the right places!

My back training frequency has been increased for the past 4 weeks since the show & the changes are already showing so early on! Back is starting to look thicker, just a case of as you were going into the coming weeks.
-
Abs is another key area which I’m not taking lightly. They have been hit post every session. 9 sets, I’ll be stacking the cable crunch come the end of off season🤣

Other than nursing illness atm, I feel great. Food going in well, training flying, feeling like a normal person again🤣

Very exciting moves! Here we have .tully who is looking to take the leap & step on stagešŸ“ø We are currently 2 weeks into a 12 week tidy up phase, as we look to remove excess fat & prime his body to reverse into a gaining phasešŸ’ŖšŸ½

A long gaining phase has been mapped out, with the target being late 2024, early 2025 & this a decision we don’t need to rush intošŸŽÆ

Sam has great legs for classic/bb divisions while we recognise that his upper needs overall development. His physique will greatly benefit from spending a long time in a surplus where we can look to really push on the size front.

On a personal level, this will be the first person I have taken to the stage to perform under the bright lights. Not only a person but my closest friend, taking Sam to the stage will be a huge pleasure & a great step for my career as a coachšŸ†
