Any 14 year old wishing to improve their health and fitness is now welcome to join our gym family.

But be warned, the gym is not a youth club, and any member that does not adhere to the gym etiquette will have their membership terminated - so act responsibly!!!

Do your sets and free up the machine for someone else.
