Of course, the weather had other ideas, but that didn’t stop this fantastic group from showing up, getting out there, and embracing the rain. That’s exactly the kind of attitude that leads to long-term success.

“The fear of not being fit enough keeps more people stuck than exercise ever will.”

Most people never actually say that.

Instead, they say:

“I’ll start when I’ve lost a bit of weight.”

“Honestly, I never thought I’d make it this far…”

That’s exactly what Rachel said when she hit her 50th session this week 👏

When Rachel first started, she wasn’t confident in gyms, struggled to stay consistent, and doubted whether she’d actually stick to something long enough to see results.
