“Honestly, I never thought I’d make it this far…”
That’s exactly what Rachel said when she hit her 50th session this week 👏
When Rachel first started, she wasn’t confident in gyms, struggled to stay consistent, and doubted whether she’d actually stick to something long enough to see results.
