Yes as much as I love teaching fitness classes I am also a part time Massage Therapist 🙌

Today saw the first Wellbeing Massages being held at Rushden Library

Thanks to all those who came. I had a lovely morning treating you all and was lovely to receive this feedback afterwards

Like you needed a reason ( but in case you do ....)

There are many benefits to taking your exercise outdoors 💯

Circuit Training is a great all round class that includes cardio and strength work. It requires no co-ordination and you work as hard as you can with various different levels of intensity to suit

From ages 30 to 84 anyone can get moving outdoors and boost their health and wellbeing

Just back from a very much needed week off with the kids 🥰 and some downtime

We had a lovely week in North Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🐑 exploring and a visit to Anglesey where we were lucky enough to catch the last few puffins before they leave

Classes are all back to normal tomorrow

An absolutely fabulous time at Bedford River Festival this weekend

We met and treated so many on our massage Chairs to fabulous Chair Massages. Everyone loved their massages and left feeling lighter and less tense

A big THANK YOU to everyone who helped me on our stand and Matt B for helping me set up early Saturday morning 🙏

Thank You to all those who popped by, said hey and gave us a wave

Best surprise was from a friend of mine I had not seen for nearly 20 years and was in the country from Las Vegas who came and surprised me 🤩 and had a massage

Massive thank you to Daniel Gladwell Massage School Watford for coming to work alongside me from Watford each day and help me at this year's festival. It's always such a pleasure working alongside you

NOW we just have the MUD RUN this Saturday and then a much needed break for me with the kids

BEDFORD RIVER FESTIVAL 2026 🎊

Joined at this year's festival working alongside me my tutor and founder of Gladwell Massage School

Daniel is proficient in many different modalities of massage and studied extensively in Chaing Mai and Bangkok Thailand. He has been a massage therapist since 1997 and runs a successful massage school near London and courses in Watford and Greece in September

In 2019 one of his students Mario went on to take Gold Medal in all categories at the International Massage Championship in Copenhagen

We will be offering 15, 20 and 30 minute Chair Massages at the Sports Village

Saturday 10-6pm
Sunday 10-5pm

Do come see us or give us a wave 👋

You can pre book a slot ( morning is great as quiet )

Friends and members will receive a 10% discount off massages with me 😁

Although I would defo recommend a massage with the legend while he is in Bedford 🙏
