At the ToniqlIfe Fitness Studio we have a team of highly qualified Personal Trainers who are here to help you achieve you health and fitness goals. Our boutique personal training studio is a space where you can workout in private and will not have to worry about any other gym users training around. We will personally tailor a plan to suit your needs and lifestyle constraints. We provide:

If you need further support to help you achieve your goals, we work closely with Nutritionists and Chiropractors who all work within the same building and are part of our team on our bespoke 12 week transformation programmes. We are here to help you become a fitter and healthier you. We focus on all aspects of health in order to help you get the best results possible. Stress is ignored by many fitness programs but it is one of the main reasons many people can't lose the weight they want or improve their over all wellbeing and quality of life. Solstice Yoga with Kayleigh 🧘‍♀️

To celebrate the Summer Solstice, Kayleigh will be teaching a one off Solstice Yoga session.

Through mindful movement, gentle stretches and grounding breathwork, you’ll be guided through a flow that encourages balance, reflection and renewal.

Women’s Health Without the Overwhelm!

Join Rachel, Hetty and Ro at TONIQ for an open and empowering conversation all about women’s health.

Together, they’ll explore topics including the menstrual cycle, perimenopause, nutrition, movement and mindset, providing practical advice and evidence-based insights to help you better understand and support your wellbeing.

The talk will run for approximately 40 minutes, followed by an interactive Q&A session where you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share your thoughts, and join the conversation.
