Coming from a background in security and self protection, Team Nemesis (www.team-nemesis.info) provides unrivalled tuition in the Olympic sports of Boxing & Wrestling. He qualified as USSR representative to 1988 summer Olympic games in Seoul and has coached Jamie Cox to the Commonwealth gold in Melbourne, 2006. Our Freestyle Wrestling class is taught by Saeed Esmaeli, a winner of numerous National
and European titles. He was undefeated in Freestyle Wrestling competitions throughout 1995 and has coached GB Olympic Team member, British champion and 2010 Commonwealth bronze medallist: Leon Rattigan. Our Close Quarter Combat seminars focus on a short duration, high intensity conflict, often characterised by a sudden burst of hostility at an extremely close range. They combine Geoff Thompson's reality based training with proven techniques of the modern combat sports and provide a unique insight into the realities of self-defence.
