Here at Bath Victoria Park Puregym we run two different classes in our Functional Area, STRENGTH and BURN classes.

STRENGTH:
This class is designed to develop your full body STRENGTH! Each class includes 8 strength exercises with perfect form and control to hit the whole body. Plus, we always end with a finisher exercise to make sure you leave with those post-workout endorphins rushing round your body!

BURN:
Get ready to BURN with our body blasting exercises designed to challenge and change you! The cardio exercises and work-rest periods vary from class to class, but the intensity always pushes you to give your best that day!

Forgot your sweat towel? No worries, we have blue roll and sanitiser on the wall in our studios in the upstairs cardio area and downstairs on the wall by the entry to the free-weights area Equally, you can ask a member of staff who will happily supply you with some!

✨Our team always try to maintain the best standards for our members by complying with our TrainSafe policies.

Whilst the team complete regular cleaning every day, you can help us by wiping down your equipment after you use it ⭐.
