⚽️ Some of our 6pm Group with a 1v1 Session ⚽️

1. Attack with speed – Drive directly at the defender so they have to make a decision.
2. Don’t over complicate it – A shoulder drop, body feint, or stepover is enough if you sell it well.
3. Explode after the move – The acceleration after your feint beats defenders more often than the skill itself.
4. Protect the ball – Once you’re past, get your body between the defender and the ball.

U9/10/11s Group passing & moving.

Looking after the ball & movement is vital (ask England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚽️😏).

Little drills like these are not flashy, won’t get 1000s of views on social, won’t impress a lot of people (who haven’t played the game!) BUT what it WILL do is make your child aware of details - weight of pass, which side of the body to pass to, timing of the run, angle of the run, body shape to receive, when to pass, communication- list goes on 😬⚽️📈.

Happy clapping, edited videos & viral clips won’t develop your child into an effective footballer.
Mastery of the basics will as it underpins EVERYTHING else.
