Have you accepted that the body you REALLY want just isn’t possible for you anymore?

Maybe you’ve blamed your age.

Maybe menopause.

Maybe you’ve decided this is simply what happens now.

That feeling strong, fit, confident and looking good belongs to a younger version of you.

I don’t believe that.

I don’t believe menopause should be the point where you start lowering your expectations for your body.

But here’s the problem…

You’ve probably heard ALL the advice.

Protein. Steps. Strength training. Calories. Sleep. Stress. Carbs. Supplements.

Knowing what could work isn’t the difficult part.

Knowing what YOUR body needs is.

And that’s exactly why I created the Strong Womenopause™ Method.

UNDERSTAND → BUILD → TRANSFORM → EVOLVE → THRIVE

I start by understanding YOU — your body, goals, symptoms, nutrition, training, sleep, stress and lifestyle.

Then I decide what we need to prioritise.

We build. We transform. And as your body changes, your strategy evolves with it.

Because my clients don’t pay me for a set of workouts and a calorie target.

They pay me to know what THEIR plan needs to be.

The goal?

For you to become stronger, fitter and healthier.

To look in the mirror and love what you’re building.

To feel attractive and confident in your own skin.

And ultimately, to understand your body well enough to keep what we’ve created.

Because maybe the body you really want isn’t behind you at all.

Maybe you just haven’t built her yet. 🩷

Strong Womenopause™ 1:1 is now open.

Ready to find out what’s possible for YOUR body?

I just don’t think I can stick to a diet and still have my life.”

That was one of Dani’s biggest worries when we started working together. And the first thing I confirmed is we don’t diet.

She’s a nurse. She’s busy. She loves going out with her partner. She meets friends for food. There are weekends away, hen dos, nights out and holidays.

She has something on every week and I loved that about her. We don’t want to change that, she’s literally living her best life!

On top of wanting to change her body, she was regularly struggling with really uncomfortable digestion, IBS symptoms and bloating.

So this was never going to be about simply handing her some calories and telling her to lose weight.

We needed something that worked for Dani.

Her body.
Her digestion.
Her job.
Her social life.
Her goals.

And within around 8 weeks, she’d lost a stone.

By 12 weeks, she’d created the transformation you’re looking at here — just in time for her next holiday. 🔥

But one of my favourite parts of her result isn’t visible in these photographs.

By the end, Dani told me she was having no problems with her digestion and no bloating.

And then she went on holiday.

She ate out.
She drank alcohol.
She had her period.

And still reported no problems with her digestion or bloating.

For somebody who’d struggled badly with it, that’s an amazing win.

And THAT is why I don’t coach a woman’s body as though it’s just a number on a scale.

Yes, Dani wanted fat loss.

Yes, she wanted to look good for her holiday.

And she absolutely smashed that. 🔥

But we were also building a way of eating that worked with her body and a strategy she could actually live with. For good.

The ultimate lifestyle change.

She didn’t stop going out.

She didn’t stop seeing her friends.

She didn’t put her life on hold for 12 weeks.

We built the strategy around her life.
We didn’t build her life around the strategy.

That’s the difference.

And it’s exactly why two women can come to me wanting the same physical result and leave with two completely different strategies.

Different woman. Different body. Different life. Different strategy.

Tomorrow, I’m going to show you the process behind that. 🩷

IT’S OFFICIAL… 1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING IS BACK 💪🔥

For the first time in a couple of years, I’m opening my doors again for face-to-face 1:1 Personal Training.

A few years ago, I stepped away from regular PT because I needed the flexibility to be wherever my boys needed me to be.

But life looks very different now. They’re settled, we’ve found our new routine, and I finally have the space to bring back something I genuinely LOVE — coaching women face-to-face in my own personal PT area in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

And I’m coming back with even more knowledge and experience in women’s health, menopause, exercise, nutrition and body transformation.

This isn’t about turning up and being put through a random workout.

It’s about learning how to train properly. Getting stronger. Building confidence. And making sure what you’re doing is actually moving you towards YOUR goals.

🔥 WANT TO TRY IT FIRST?

From next week, I’m opening a limited number of one-off 1:1 PT sessions on selected Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout September and early October.

Come and train with me, experience a session and see if it’s for you.

Then from the week commencing 12th October, Thursday officially becomes my dedicated 1:1 Personal Training day.

💪 Your own regular weekly time

📅 Sessions booked in 4-week blocks

🕘 Thursdays 9am–6pm

🔥 Only 9 regular PT spaces available

And when those 9 are gone, they’re gone and my last clients worked with me for years! 💪🏻

So whether you used to train with me and have been waiting for this day, or you’ve always wanted to work with me face-to-face…

PT IS BACK.

📩 DM me “PT” and I’ll send you the details and available times.

You hit your 40s.

Your body starts changing.
Your sleep can change.
Your energy can change.
Training doesn’t always feel the same.
You might suddenly be carrying body fat somewhere you never did before.

So you start looking for answers.

And my goodness do you find them.

Eat more protein.
Eat fewer carbs.
Don’t diet.
Lose weight.
Walk more.
Train less.
Lift heavy.
Don’t overdo it.
Fast.
Don’t fast.
Take this supplement.
Balance your hormones.
Manage your cortisol.

No wonder women don’t know what the hell they’re supposed to do.

But here’s what I think we’ve forgotten:

You don’t need to do everything.

You need to know what your body needs.

And sometimes that’s fat loss.

Sometimes it’s building muscle.

Sometimes we need to look at how you’re fuelling yourself.

Sometimes your training needs completely changing.

Sometimes sleep, recovery or symptoms are the thing getting in the way.

That’s why I don’t believe menopause coaching should start with:

“Here’s what women in menopause should do.”

It should start with:

“What’s going on with THIS woman?”

Because once we know that, we can stop throwing everything at her...

and start building the body she actually wants.

If menopause is really starting to make you feel just not you again, the doors to Strong Womenopause™️ are finally opening this week and I promise it will be like nothing you have ever done before!

There are only two spaces opening each month and it will be application only after the first 7 days so if you want to be one of the first through the door DM me STRONG now.

06/09/2026

When we started working together, Luiz had a goal in mind.

A weight she’d love to get back to, but didn’t really believe she could.

She’d achieved it before, but what she’d had to do wasn’t practical or sustainable.

And as a wheelchair user, she understandably believed losing and managing her weight would be even harder.

Fast forward just over TWO MONTHS…

She didn’t just reach the goal she thought might be impossible.

She surpassed it. 🔥

So we set a new stretch goal — and she’s now well on her way to that too.

But THIS is the important bit.

Getting weight off isn’t enough if what you do to get there is so restrictive you can’t continue it.

So I didn’t give Luiz another diet to endure.

We looked at the everyday choices that were adding up and built a strategy around HER body, mobility, lifestyle and goals.

No banned foods.
No ridiculous restriction.
Just education, adjustments and learning what works for her.

Luiz told me:

“I truly thought this would be soooo tough to achieve. All I can see is positives.”

She’d even thrown out clothes because she thought getting back into a size 8 was impossible.

Her skin has improved and she feels lighter in her chair, making movement easier.

THIS is why Strong Womenopause™ is a six-month journey.

Not because it takes six months to see results. Clearly, it doesn’t.

Because I don’t just want to get you to your goal.

I want to teach you how to live there.

To navigate weekends, holidays, meals out and real life and eventually maintain your results without permanently being “on a diet”.

So when our six months are over, you haven’t just transformed your body.

You know how to continue without me.

If you’ve been telling yourself your age, menopause, lifestyle or circumstances mean you can’t have the body you want…

Let’s change what you believe is possible.

Strong Womenopause™ 1:1 opens this week. 🩷

05/09/2026

I never planned for menopause to become my work.

But sometimes the thing that completely knocks you sideways ends up changing the direction of your life.

When my own perimenopause started in my mid-thirties, I didn’t understand what was happening to me.

And what I know now is that I don’t want another woman reaching this stage of her life believing she simply has to accept feeling less like herself.

Less strong.
Less confident.
Less energetic.
Less comfortable in her body.
Less attractive.
Less her.

Because I don’t believe menopause should mean lowering the expectations you have for yourself or your body.

And I definitely don’t believe wanting to change how your body looks makes you shallow.

You can care about your health and want to look good.

You can want to protect your future body and feel sexy in the one you’re living in now.

You can want support with your menopause symptoms and want muscle, definition, strength and confidence.

I want women to know that there is still so much we can build in this chapter.

And that’s become a huge part of why I do what I do.

Your best isn’t behind you.

In fact, I think we might be only just getting started, I know I am! 💖

It’s March.

She’s stronger.

Her body composition has changed. In fact she looks 🔥

She’s progressed in her health and fitness.

She has more confidence around food.

She understands her body better.

Maybe lifestyle changes have supported her energy, sleep or symptoms…

You get dressed for a night out and don’t immediately look for the outfit that hides your stomach.

You catch yourself in the mirror and think, bloody hell, I look good. 🔥

You feel attractive.

You feel desirable.

You’re a woman in menopause and you’re killing it.

And yes — you quite like somebody else noticing too.

Because wanting to feel healthy and wanting to feel sexy in your own body were never mutually exclusive.

Six months are going to pass anyway.

The question is what you want to be different when they have? 🩷

Protein. Steps. Sleep. Strength training. Fibre. Water. Creatine. HRT. Magnesium. Calories. Cortisol. Supplements. 10,000 steps. No alcohol. Less caffeine. More recovery. More exercise. Less exercise. Strength training.

F@ hell.

No wonder women in menopause don’t know what to do anymore.

Every time you open Instagram, there’s another thing you’re apparently doing wrong.

And if you’re struggling with weight gain, low energy, poor sleep, brain fog, hot flushes AND a body you don’t quite recognise anymore?

You start trying to fix ALL OF IT.

At once.

So you buy the supplements.

Download the calorie app.

Cut the carbs.

Start walking 10,000 steps.

Promise yourself you’ll strength train four times this week.

Go to bed at 9pm.

Drink three litres of water.

And by Thursday?

You’re knackered and you’ve decided you’re s**t at this too.

You’re not.

The problem is that information without context is just noise.

Because I could give you a list of 25 things that might support a woman through menopause.

That’s easy.

Knowing which three things YOU need to focus on right now?

That’s coaching.

Maybe your nutrition needs attention first.

Maybe you’re barely eating all day and wondering why you’re raiding the cupboards at night.

Maybe your training needs progressing.

Maybe you’re doing too MUCH.

Maybe your sleep is so disrupted that we need to look at what’s happening there before adding another demand to your week.

Maybe there’s a symptom I want you to discuss with your GP rather than trying to fix it with food.

I don’t need you doing everything.

I need you doing the right things, in the right order, for YOUR body.

Then we assess.

Adapt.

Progress.

And repeat.

That’s how you stop menopause becoming another full-time job.

And start actually getting somewhere.

More information isn’t always the answer.

Sometimes you need someone who knows what to ignore.

Two women. Same age. Same menopause weight gain. Same goal.

I STILL wouldn’t give them the same plan.

Because the goal might look identical on paper.

The women aren’t.

One might sleep seven hours, strength train three times a week and already eat reasonably well.

The other might be surviving on five hours’ broken sleep, struggling with night sweats, skipping meals between meetings, exhausted by mid-afternoon and hasn’t trained consistently in years.

Both might tell me:

“I just want to lose this menopause weight.”

But if I coach the goal instead of the woman, I’m missing most of the information I need.

So I don’t.

I want to understand her nutrition, symptoms, sleep, energy, stress, training history, lifestyle, body-composition goals and real life.

That’s why the first stage of my Strong Womenopause™ Signature Method is Your Body Blueprint.

I don’t start by asking:

“What plan do I give you?”

I start with:

“What is YOUR body telling me and what does YOUR body need next?”

Then I build the strategy around the answer.

Because bespoke coaching isn’t changing the name at the top of a PDF.

It’s knowing which levers to pull, when to pull them and when to leave them the hell alone.

The result?

We’re not simply chasing a number on the scales.

We’re changing body composition, building muscle and strength, improving nutrition and supporting the energy, sleep and menopause symptoms that exercise, nutrition and lifestyle can influence.

Different woman. Different body. Different strategy.

That’s Strong Womenopause™.

We’re not choosing between health and aesthetics. We’re building both.

Save this if you’re done trying to squeeze your body into somebody else’s plan.

30/08/2026

I want to introduce you to the woman I coach.

She’s not trying to be 25 again.

She doesn’t want to spend the rest of her life dieting.

And she certainly doesn’t want menopause becoming her entire personality.

She’s busy.

She’s ambitious.

She’s got a career, a business, a family, responsibilities, plans, holidays and a life she actually wants to enjoy.

But lately?

She doesn’t quite feel like herself in it.

Her body has changed.

Her clothes don’t fit like they used to.

Her energy isn’t what it was.

She feels softer. Weaker. More tired.

Maybe she’s dealing with poor sleep, brain fog, hot flushes, night sweats or a mood she barely recognises.

And somewhere along the way, her confidence took a hit too.

She’s been told:

“It’s your age.”

“It’s menopause.”

“You just need to accept your changing body.”

But here’s the thing…

She doesn’t want to settle.

And she doesn’t want her old self back either.

She wants to build the woman who comes NEXT.

Stronger.

Fitter.

Better nourished.

More energetic.

More confident.

And yes — feeling frigging AMAZING when she looks in the mirror.

She doesn’t want another diet.

She wants to understand HER body.

She doesn’t need somebody shouting at her to try harder.

She needs somebody who can look at the whole picture and know what needs to change.

That’s the woman I coach.

And that’s why I’ve become increasingly unapologetic about what I want for her.

I don’t help women accept a body they’re unhappy in.

I help them build one they feel incredible in.

Because we’re not choosing between health and aesthetics.

We’re building both.

And if you’ve just read this thinking…

“She’s talking about me.”

I probably am. 🩷
