Neuro Me by Ruta I’m Rūta Valiukonienė – Certified Neurographica Instructor, Coach, and Neuro-Educator. The change becomes natural, soft, and long-lasting.

☀️ Certified NeuroCreative Guide & Coach

I guide mindful visual practices that help people release inner tension, uncover what keeps them stuck, reconnect with themselves, and create change from within.

💌 Give yourself the gift of a free first call I guide people into a calmer, clearer, and more aligned inner world through the creative and transformative process of Neurographica. My work is dedicated to helping you restore emotional balance, dissolve inner chaos, awaken courage, and shape a life that truly reflects your heart’s desires. In my sessions, I bring together a powerful blend of methods that gently shift old patterns and activate your inner potential: Neurographica, Metaphorical Associative Cards (MAK), Neuro-Gestalt principles, Aromatherapy, and Theta Healing. This unique integration not only helps you understand your emotional world—it allows you to feel and transform it at the deepest level. Neurographica, at the core of my work, is a drawing-based method that creates new neural pathways. Through line, shape, and mindful expression, it unlocks creativity, increases self-awareness, and supports emotional resilience. I invite you on an inner journey where self-worth strengthens, clarity emerges, and peace begins to form—line by line, on the paper and within yourself. I support clients through:
✨ Individual (1:1) coaching sessions
✨ Neuro-education programs
✨ Mentorship programs
✨ Group workshops

Sometimes, I find it easier to help others than to help myself…

I assume you know it yourself ❓🫣

And for a long time, I found that difficult to admit!

After years of personal growth, learning, and working with people, I thought I should be able to figure everything out on my own.

Yet I still overthink, doubt myself, and sometimes struggle to take action.

‼️Psychology actually has a name for this: SOLOMON’s Paradox.

Research shows that we often reason more wisely about other people’s problems than our own. When we’re emotionally involved, it becomes harder to step back and see the bigger picture.

This is also why I believe in the power of Visual Coaching.

Through a guided creative process, I help people express their emotions, step outside their usual thinking patterns, see their challenges from a new perspective, and find greater clarity.

Curious how neuro creativity can support clearer thinking and decision-making?

Once again, I realised that some of the best things happen when 🔑 I stop trying to plan and control everything, and give others space to express their creativity!

This surprise trip to Budapest, planned entirely by my husband, reminded me how much joy there is in simply letting someone else take the lead.

No planning, no decisions, no expectations.

Just enjoying the experience and discovering what someone else has created for me.

And that’s something visual coaching has taught me over the years.

Creativity isn’t just about making art.

It’s about:

🔑 seeing things differently,
🔑 exploring new possibilities, and
🔑 finding the courage to step outside our usual ways of thinking.

This is also why I love guiding NeuroCreative Experiences and visual reflection sessions. 🙏🏻

When we’re navigating personal challenges, facing life or career changes, or feeling stuck in our own thoughts, sometimes we need a different way to explore what’s going on inside and see possibilities we hadn’t considered before.

📌 My question to you, dear:

❓When was the last time you let your partner or friend take full control of the plans and simply enjoyed the surprise ❓

Was it easy to let go, or did you secretly want to take over the planning❓

I’d love to hear your experience in the comments!🔆

Do you agree that sometimes we create problems in our own minds simply by overanalysing everything❓

We get so caught up in trying to understand and solve everything that we forget to notice what’s actually happening within us.

And this is one of the main reasons why I work with neuro-creativity. 🧠

When we put analytical thinking aside for a moment and simply draw, observe and feel, something really SHIFTS.

We create space to reconnect with our emotions, listen to our intuition and see things from a different perspective.

Curious about guided visual reflection and how it could help you?

Four hours of networking, and the time just flew by!

It was a great experience to join today’s Launch Circles event, connect with inspiring people, exchange ideas and learn from other professionals!

What made this event especially valuable for me was the opportunity to pitch my own business idea, share more about the visual reflection programmes I’m developing, and receive valuable feedback and fresh perspectives.

I left with new connections, ideas and plenty to reflect on as I continue building my own business.

A big thank you to Launch Circles, Val | Business Coach & Mentor for Expats and martijncph . for bringing people together and creating space for such meaningful conversations.

Really glad I was part of it today!

Looking forward to the next event!

How much my professional life has changed.

From payment solutions, projects, meetings, and deadlines to a sheet of paper, colours, symbols, and conversations about what truly matters to people.

From analytical thinking to creative thinking.

But what I find most interesting is that these two worlds have much more in common than I could have ever imagined.

I’ve always enjoyed working with people. Understanding situations, looking for solutions, and helping untangle complicated questions.

Back then, those questions were related to financial services. Today, they’re about people’s inner worlds, their choices, doubts, and possibilities.

And although my work looks completely different today, I wouldn’t change my previous experience for anything.

It gave me a really strong foundation for what I’m building now.

Is building my own business always easy? Definitely not. Sometimes I miss the clarity of the corporate world, where so many things were already structured, clear, and planned out.

But what matters to me is that I had the courage to give it a try!

And maybe that’s why I find it so meaningful to work with people who are searching for answers to important questions in their own lives.

What about you ⁉️

Have you ever felt that everything in your life was going well, but deep down, you still wanted something different?

I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts! ❤️🙏🏻

It’s amazing how a single view of nature can awaken so many feelings in us and even affect our emotional state!

Scientists actually study an emotion called ‘awe’. 👇

It’s that deep feeling of wonder and amazement when you see something so beautiful that, for a moment, you forget about all your thoughts and worries.

Research shows that moments like these can:
🕷️ increase feelings of joy, gratitude,
🕷️ and connection with our surroundings,
🕷️ while helping to reduce inner tension.

Another interesting thing is the patterns found in nature, known as fractals. 👇

These are repeating patterns we see in tree branches, clouds, and mountain landscapes.
It turns out that our brains find certain natural patterns especially appealing, and simply observing nature can help reduce stress and restore our attention.

And personally, the lines I see in nature remind me so much of the ones I draw in my NeuroCreative sessions. The neurographic lines curve, change direction, connect, and create new shapes.

DO WE VALUE something more WHEN WE PAY for it?

Today I paid someone a small amount for a virtual coffee conversation she never asked me to pay for.

Because I genuinely wanted to acknowledge her time, energy, experience, and her knowledge that she shared with me.

And it made me think…

Sometimes we receive valuable advice, knowledge, or someone’s full attention for free…

and almost take it for granted.

But when we invest our own money, somehow we listen differently!
We show up differently!
We often take the experience more seriously!

I notice this in my own work too.

Of course, money isn’t the only way to show appreciation.

Please share your thoughts about it in the comments:👇

👀 Do you think we value things differently when we pay for them? And why ⁉️

Connection with nature. Connection with yourself. Creativity.

Through visual coaching, we bring what feels unclear, stuck or overwhelming onto paper and explore it from a new perspective.

If you feel you need more inner peace, clarity, a new direction, or simply a different way to understand what’s happening within you, send me a message.

1:1 & group sessions available online and in person in Denmark and Lithuania.
