Learn to Play Pickleball is back!

Ready to learn how to play pickleball?

Join our beginner-friendly Learn to Play Pickleball program at Cougar Dome! This comprehensive six-week course is designed to take you from the basics to the court, covering everything from rules and scoring to serving, rallying, and essential shots like the "d**k."

Program Details:
Duration: 6 Weeks (4 weeks of instruction + 2 weeks of instructed play)
When: Tuesday nights from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Cost: $90 (tax included)

No experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to join the pickleball craze in a fun and welcoming environment!

A Friendly Reminder: Open Play is for Playing!

We love seeing the dedication to improving your game, but we want to ensure our Open Play bubbles remain focused on what they were designed for—game play!
To keep the matches flowing and ensure everyone gets their fair share of court time, we kindly ask that players refrain from overwhelming or taking over open sessions with intensive drilling.
If you’re looking to get some serious reps in and focus specifically on drills, we have great options for you:

Request a Drilling Bubble: Contact the manager, and she can look into creating a dedicated bubble specifically for drilling.

Rent a Private Court: Book your own court for uninterrupted practice time.

Our First Pickleball Tournament of the Year is Here! 🎾

We are thrilled to announce our first pickleball tournament of the year at Cougar Dome! Join us on September 26th at 1:00 PM for an afternoon of competitive play and community fun.

This tournament is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your skills and get some great practice in for the NS Open!

Tournament Details:
Categories: Women's 3.0–3.5 and Men's 3.0–3.5
Format: Bring a partner!
Capacity: Limited to only 7 teams per category—so act fast!
