Challenge time!🔥🤩
We’re excited to introduce ELVT’s 8-Week Transformation Challenge, starting Tuesday, September 8th! 💜
The goal is simple: lock in for 8 weeks and see what happens when you put your health first!
Train consistently. Don’t miss your workouts. Track your reps + weights in the ELVT App. Submit weekly progress photos. Set a goal with your coach and stay accountable to it, that can be weekly meal preps, getting stronger, improving your nutrition, cutting on sugar or getting your first pull up!
For 8 weeks, you’ll:
✨ Be paired with an ELVT coach for accountability
✨ Set a personal goal to work toward
✨ Track your workouts in the ELVT app
✨ Upload progress photos every Sunday
✨ Complete an EVOLT scan at the beginning + end
At the end, right before the holidays, we’ll get together to celebrate everyone’s progress and see the difference from Week 1 → Week 8. 🥳 We’ll have goodie bags and some prizes for completing the 8 weeks!
You can join through ELVT group training or our online training program.
There’s no additional challenge fee for ELVT members.
