Yesterday we welcomed a group from École Secondaire Garneau for an intro to CrossFit and it was so much fun!!

Big Congratulations to OCFIT’s own and Coach as they competed at the Powerlifting Canada Championships today in Saint Johns Newfoundland.

This was Bryan’s first Nationals. A goal he set out for himself 2 years ago. His mental toughness showed up on his third attempt deadlift. Nat broke 2 nationals records for squat (136.5kg) and bench (81.5kg) and finished with a 🥈

Shoutout to for coaching them in their powerlifting journey!
