Planning to race HYROX Ottawa 2026? This is where your prep starts!

On Saturday, Dec 6, HYROX Elite 15 Pro Dylan Scott is coming to Ottawa to help local athletes and coaches train smarter, race stronger, and prepare for HYROX Ottawa 2026 with purpose. Dylan is a World Championship podium finisher, one of the very few people in the world with a HYROX Pro time under 54 minutes, and possesses an extensive resume with many, many, incredible achievements.

Here’s what’s happening ⬇️ 🔥 Coaches Seminar led by Dylan (8–10 AM): Classroom + practical — learn how to program, prep, and coach HYROX athletes with confidence. 🔥 Athletes Seminar led by Dylan (11–12:30 PM): On-field strategy and efficiency tips — get direct insights to improve your race performance. 🔥 HYROX Simulation (1–8 PM): Full stations, 500m runs, doubles, solos, and 4-person team relays. Apply everything you’ve learned in a race environment. 🔥 Special Feature: Dylan may also be racing! This is a unique opportunity to see one of the best in the world in action, and potentially even line up against him!

This day is designed to give you the tools, strategies, and real-world practice you need to step onto the start line at HYROX Ottawa 2026 ready to perform at your best.

We’re approaching the big weekend! We’re excited to welcome 220 participants to our sold out HYROX Simulation on Saturday, June 21st at the Ottawa Megadome (5315 Abbott St E, Stittsville, ON K2S 0X3)!

We apologize to those on the waitlist but our next event will be released soon! 👀  An email has been sent out to all participants with more details but we still wanted to communicate a few items here to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible:

Start Times: An email has been sent out to all participants with your start time, please check your inbox!

Check In Time:
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to check in, collect your race bib, and complete your warm-up. You’re welcome to arrive earlier if you’d like additional time to prep. Spectators are welcome to come at no additional charge.

Bibs & Timing: This event will be officially timed by

Each individual or team will be issued one bib at check in.

Solo athletes will wear their own bib. Doubles & Relay Teams will have one teammate wear the bib, but all teammates must cross the finish line together for the time to count.

What To Bring / What Not to Bring:
• Indoor shoes and water bottle
• We’ve been asked NOT to bring in any food.

Volunteers will be stationed to help guide the flow.

Movement Standards & Rules: 
We will be following all official HYROX rules and movement standards. Please review the rulebook prior to race day so you are familiar with all movement requirements. The link to the rulebook is included in the email sent out to each participant.

We’ll be sending out more info via email closer to race day with any final details so keep an eye on your inbox. In the meantime, feel free to reach out with any questions!
