Cardio!
I always get a little shocked (and try so hard not to roll my eyes) when people say, āI work out, but I donāt do cardio.ā
As a fitness professional, I donāt get it š
Letz be clear : Cardio is for EVERYONE. Iām not saying you have to go run a marathon or sprinting all the time. Cardio can be low impact too ā like walking. It still counts!
Just like I believe health is for everyone, I believe cardio is nonnegotiable in any balanced fitness routine.
