After our special workout, we have a surprise for anyone who wants to stay and keep the party going with us. 🎶✨

We will be joined by a very talented group who will be giving us a live demonstration of Rueda de Casino, a Cuban salsa style full of energy, rhythm, and teamwork. 🕺💃

Have you ever heard of Rueda de Casino? It’s a group dance where couples form a circle and follow fun salsa moves together. It’s amazing to watch and even more fun to experience!

For the next two weeks, Nashiely will be covering Monday 9:30 A.M. with Body conditioning class 👍 Monday and Friday. 9:30 am

A body conditioning class is a full-body fitness workout designed to improve overall strength, endurance, flexibility, posture, and muscle tone.

It usually combines a mix of exercises such as:

* Cardio movements (jumping jacks, jogging, step work)
* Strength training (squats, lunges, push-ups, resistance bands, light weights)
* Core exercises (planks, crunches)
* Stretching and mobility work
