Hey Neighbours! Happy to everyone in Ridge!

Wanted to let you all know of a brand new gym in Maple Ridge! While Catalyst Initiative Athletic Club has been offering adult sports and private rentals for a few months now, we are now ratcheting up the adult fitness side 🔥💪 and we could not be more excited about it!!!

Beginning with two days/week of group classes, five days/week if you want to train on your own, and parent/preschooler classes, Catalyst exists to “create positive change in the athletic community!”
