Our new free weight barbell hip thrust by bootybuilder!

Adjustable platform for your feet, or use it conventionally from the floor like a typical hip thrust! Can adjust the height of the pad for your back as well if you are looking to do glute bridges or hip thrusts!

Can also adjust the pegs on the side to add resistance bands!

The lifted platform makes it easy to add weight onto the barbell without having to lift up the barbell if you were starting from the floor!

Our hip thrust is located upstairs along with our other glute equipment! Give it a shot!

Our Rogue hip thrust pad is here! Specifically designed for hip thrusts, offering a pillow like protection all across the hips for pain free and comfortable movement! Easy to adjust and use, just place the pad on your hips and roll the bar onto the pad halfway so it bends around the bar as you lift up! Ask the staff if you are wanting more info or how to use it!

Our Westside Barbell Hyperextension is here! Your way to bulletproofing your posterior chain! (Lower back, glutes, and hamstrings)

Follow these steps to perform the movement! Start with no weight or minimum weight to get the hang of it! You don't need much weight! It's a hard exercise! Most people will be using under a plate a side to start!

Step 1: Put 1 foot in the ankle strap and the other on the step up.
Step 2: Push your torso onto the pad and grab the pair of handles that feel comfortable (2 sets of handles)
Step 3: Put the other leg into the strap as well or can keep 1 leg in and perform with just one.
Step 4: Have your legs and hips off the bench pad and just your torso on it.
Step 5: Swing your legs straight to a minimum of 180 degrees and control the movement up and down.
