Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We raised over $2000 for this amazing cause. As you know this disease is rare, so thank you for helping us shine some light on it. This will go towards research and supports, I hope they can develop a cure so that my mom, my brothers, and myself won’t feel the ravages of this brutal disease much longer. You all were so open to listening, to my story, then to yours. Your dedication for the 90 minutes was inspiring. I may have cried but my heart was so full. The other teachers said the same, we hope you felt it too. Thank you and we love you.

Thank you to all who came yesterday. Was an honour to guide you through the “releasing fear” meditation. As promised here’s the burning ceremony we did after all was said and done. A physical manifestation, a burning of those fears, into the ether and untethering them from your beautiful souls. Every time you feel them rising watch this video, or pull from your memory the meditation we did. I hope you enjoyed it? Bless 💛 Love from the OM crew
