Hard work, discipline, and determination paid off this weekend as our six athletes brought home multiple medals from the International General Choi's Memorial Cup in Ottawa.

Every competitor showed heart, resilience, and true indomitable spirit. Congratulations to all competitors — We love watching you go the distance!

✈️And we’re off✈️!

This weekend Lu’s Taekwon-Do is hosting the International General Choi’s Memorial Cup in Ottawa! And of course, our team can't wait to go and test their skills. During the trip, Mr. Phung will also undergo his 5th degree examination with Sr. Grand Master Lu!

For all our club members, look out for an email with a private Discord link so you can join our live-stream. Tune in for updates throughout the tournament and cheer on everyone as the action happens 📺🔥!

Please be aware that the dojang will be closed during the period of May 21-24, 2026. We wish everyone the best of luck! All classes and Daily Dragon Pick ups will be cancelled during this period.

Fresh off the heels of our Tien Lung Open, our students stepped onto the mats again at the Fire & Ice Championships in St. Albert last weekend. The result? More medals and more proud moments for our students. Congratulations to everyone who competed! Your hard work and spirit levels up each time you step up and show your skills. 👏

What an incredible in-house tournament! 🎉
A huge congratulations to all of our students who stepped up, showed their skills, and brought home an amazing number of medals. We’re especially proud to see so many new faces competing this year. Nothing beats gaining tournament experience in a fun, familiar environment!
