What is up guys?!! So, I'm super pumped about something that I just launched YESTERDAY that ALL of you should be pumped about too! Pin Squats: Set the safety bars, Rest Barbell on them, drive from the bottom initially and then slowly lower back down to safety bars. This movement is Concentric-Eccentric instead of the flipside of that which is a regular squat. The BEAUTY of this assistant workout is how much it helps with the drive out of β€˜the hole’ after the pause at the bottom. Give it a try!
