My favourite type of workout right now is resistance training. In this stage of life and pregnancy, it’s helped me stay strong and continue feeling healthy through it all.
Right now, my goal is simple: stay consistent and keep getting to as many classes as I can before baby arrives. After that, I’m ready to push myself even further—possibly taking on a HYROX.
