It's easy to be distracted by promises of immediate gratification, but real and lasting change takes time.

Pay attention, and you'll notice that all the people who are in great shape have one thing in common: unwavering consistency.

Community Fitness is truly something special.

In 2026, we've found ourselves in both a friendship recession and an obesity epidemic.

Here are the stats...
- 12% of all Australians report having no close friends.
- 32% of all Australians report feeling lonely and isolated.
- 54% of all Australians report having fewer close friends.

Meanwhile...
- 67% of all Australians are categorised as overweight.
- 32% of all Australians are categorised as obese.

These numbers paint a worrying picture. The average Australian is fatter and lonelier than ever.

It's a reminder that having somewhere to not only workout, but to build connections is truly something special. Somewhere, you will be encouraged, challenged, and supported to be fit, strong, and healthy.

At Reify, we are doing everything we can to push back the trend, forging friendships and fitness with sweaty high-fives, and synchronised overhead lunges.
