THIS WEEK AHEAD - DELOAD💥

Monday – SHRED
A mix of strength and conditioning to kick off the block. Focus on sustainable pacing, quality movement and building strong foundations for the weeks ahead.

Tuesday – Strength (UB)
Foundation upper body strength session. Prioritise technique, controlled reps and selecting loads that allow consistent movement quality.

Wednesday – HIIT
Short, explosive intervals designed to maximise power output. Attack each effort with intent, recover well and stay consistent across every set.

Thursday – Hyper (LB)
Lower body movement and stability session. Focus on control, balance and strong positioning through every rep rather than chasing heavy loads.

Friday – Balanced
A movement-focused session designed to improve mobility, stability and control. Own every position and build the foundations for stronger lifting.

Saturday – CrewFit
Team-based conditioning with a new follow-the-leader format. Communicate, pace yourselves well and work together to maintain quality output from start to finish. 💪

Monday – HIIT
The final HIIT progression using Tabata timing. Push for maximum repeatable effort, recover quickly and maintain high output across every interval.

Tuesday – Strength (UB)
Final upper body strength session. Lower reps, heavier loads and a focus on quality lifting, strong technique and producing maximum force.

Wednesday – XTX
The final XTX progression with increased targets. Pace yourself, work efficiently with your partner and maintain consistent output under fatigue.

Thursday – Hyper (LB)
Lower body strength with an increased core focus. Prioritise stability, control and quality movement to build a stronger foundation for performance.

Friday – Summit
The final aerobic conditioning session of the block. Stay composed, control your breathing and maintain sustainable output as work time increases.

Saturday – HIRT (Mixed)
The final HIRT progression combines strength and conditioning across multiple formats. Focus on consistent pacing, quality movement and finishing the block strong.

Monday – HIRT (LB)
Lower body strength meets conditioning. Focus on consistent pacing, quality movement and maintaining strong technique as fatigue builds across multiple formats.

Tuesday – Summit
Aerobic conditioning with longer work periods and shorter recovery. Find your rhythm early, control your breathing and sustain steady output throughout.

Wednesday – Hyper (UB)
Upper body strength with a push/pull focus. Prioritise control, shoulder stability and balanced strength through quality movement.

Thursday – Cardio U (HIIT)
The final HIIT progression. Match your effort to the prescribed heart rate zones, recover efficiently and maintain high-quality output from start to finish.

Friday – Strength (Mixed)
Heavy strength day with lower reps on the primary lifts. Lift with intent, challenge your loads and maintain solid technique on every rep.

Saturday – Podium
The final Podium progression. Work as a team, pace yourself smartly and maintain repeatable performance as recovery decreases and the challenge ramps up.

Final upper body Pump progression. Pause reps on the incline press increase time under tension, so focus on control, quality movement and consistent tempo.

Tuesday – Cardio U (HIIT)
HIIT-style conditioning with longer work periods. Match your effort to the prescribed heart rate zones, recover quickly and stay in control of your intensity.

Wednesday – Strength (LB)
Lower body strength with pause reps. Build stability, own every position and prioritise technique over load.

Thursday – Summit
Aerobic interval conditioning returns with a descending work structure. Settle into a rhythm early, increase your effort as intervals shorten and maintain consistent output.

Friday – Balanced
A movement-focused session designed to improve stability, mobility and control. Slow things down, refine your technique and build a stronger foundation for performance.

Saturday – Strength Endurance (SE)
The final Strength Endurance progression finishes with a Podium-inspired challenge. Pace yourself, move efficiently and maintain quality output as fatigue builds.
