🔈 DEEP FASCIA OF FOOT

A. The skin and subcutaneous tissue have been removed to demonstrate the deep fascia of the leg and dorsum of the foot.

B. The deep plantar fascia consists of the thick plantar aponeurosis and the thinner medial and lateral plantar fascia. Thinner parts of the plantar fascia have been removed, revealing the plantar digital vessels and nerves.

C. The bones and muscles of the foot are surrounded by the deep dorsal and plantar fascia. A large central and smaller medial and lateral compartments of the sole are created by intermuscular septa that extend deeply from the plantar aponeurosis.

Hi there beautiful people, sorry to say it but as most of you know, Marianne and I both study in the city of Sydney area so we have fallen under the stay home orders until 2nd of July. So we are online only for the following week. I know many of you have been caught by the orders too so let's hang out over zoom and do some classes together while the world settles down. We are starting a small recreational dance class at Trainquality Studios for children of Primary School age.

There are a maximum 7 places available. The class will be an hour long 3.45 - 4.45 on Monday evenings.

It will be made up of two parts to keep things interesting and fun. Half of the class will be Acro Dance, based on the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus and the other half will be a dance class. The dance styles will rotate so the kids get to try different dance styles. the emphasis in on joy of movement and having fun in a safe environment. We promote safe technique and a our emphasis is on teaching healthy movement patterns, co-ordination and enjoyment of music in a supportive, positive environment.

We believe that everybody should be given the opportunity to love what their body can do and feel safe to express themselves in movement.

On Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August NSW Health has advised identified COVID-19 locations in the Ku-ring-gai area.
People who have attended the following venues are considered casual contacts and advised to monitor for symptoms and immediately isolate and get tested for COVID-19 should symptoms develop.
🔹 The Matterhorn, Turramurra - Saturday 22 August 6pm-8pm (NSW Health has identified and contacted close contacts)
🔹 Parish of Holy Name, Wahroonga - Sunday 23 August 9.30am-10.15am
🔹 6:49am train from Woy Woy to Gordon arriving at 7:36am on Tuesday 25 August; station stops Woy Woy, Berowra, Hornsby and Gordon.
🔹 St Ives Shopping Village - 24 August 2:30pm-3:30pm; Wednesday 26 August 5:30pm to 6pm; and Friday 28 August, 1-2pm.

We have online in the studio! Testing it with tonight's Tabata class. We are still deep cleaning ready for tomorrow's opening, thus ladder etc!

So you can book in for online or in studio classes starting tomorrow 9.30am yoga. Make sure you pre book your space as we only have 7 in studio. They are all marked out in green tape on the floor😊.

We've missed you! At last we can can come back to the studio and do classes face to face! For those who prefer to stay online for now, we are still running online too.

Studio doors will be open from Tuesday 23rd June. Please check the website for class times www.trainquality.com.au and then book your spot by texting Ruth on 0424774129.

We are working with restricted capacity due to covid regulations so you will need to have pre booked your spot in order to join a class.

If you are booking for an online class, please mention this in your booking text and Ruth will send out the zoom link prior to your class start time.

Keep an eye out for more info on covid safety in the studio and it will be posted in the next couple of days.
