Meet Paige who is Popping, Rolling and Spinning the ball to improve her fine motor skills!

Ball control is a really important skill during Rugby Union. Using a variety of movements and challenges to work on these skills can be really beneficial and fun! Use hands and fingers to control the ball and try to limit arm movement to focus the movement on the smaller muscles in the hand, fingers and wrist.

Meet Hendrix who is learning how to point his toes when kicking.

Teach players the good and bad foot position when kicking so they feel the difference:
* Heel in the ground with toes up = bad.
* Toes pointed out straight with heel off the ground = good.

Start small and work up to big kicks with ability allows.
