From the very beginning 🇦🇺➡️🇪🇸💛

walked 5 years ago into our very first ID Clinic. From those early days, we could see the potential he had! But what has followed since then has been an incredible journey of hard work, dedication and constant development 👏

Last year, Christian took the next step in his journey, spending the season in Spain training at the core of the Yellow Submarine and experiencing football at the highest level.

And now, another incredible milestone 🏆

Christian it’s currently in the Player Development Program of , playing in División de Honor U19 this season, the absolute pinnacle of youth football 💛⚽️

In this video, Christian looks back on his journey, his experience with Villarreal Sydney Academy, and the impact the last five years have had on his development as a player.

We couldn’t be prouder of everything he has achieved, but even more so of the person and player he has become along the way.

This October, players aged 7–16 have the opportunity to experience the official Villarreal CF methodology at our ID Clinic in Sydney.

📅 6, 7 & 8 October 2026

⏰ SESSION TIMES

🔸 U7–U11: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
🔸 U12–U16: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Players should arrive 15–30 minutes before their session for check-in and preparation.

Spain Tour 2026: Mission Accomplished! 💛🇪🇸

What an incredible, historic journey for our academy. In previous years, we came for the experience. This year, we came to compete and we proved we can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with anyone.

Going up against teams that live and breathe this level of football every week is the ultimate test. The gap is closing, and that is a direct result of the relentless hard work, commitment, and heart of our players, coaches, and families across Sydney, Brisbane, and the Philippines. 🗺️💪🏼

We couldn’t be prouder of how our boys represented the yellow shirt. This is just the beginning of a standard we will continue to build on for years to come.
