⭐️ Has been super consistent with getting into the gym and putting in the work, even when training on her own! 🔥
⭐️ Has been working hard and making some great progress with her training with her trainer Jack Kearney week after week 📈
⭐️ Loves giving _fitwithmaj a hard time every chance she gets— somehow still manages to get a good session in!
⭐️ Brings a great energy into the gym and is always up for a chat, a laugh and getting the work done! 🙌🏽

⭐️ Genuinely cares about every single one of his clients and always goes the extra mile to help them improve 
⭐️ Brings plenty of knowledge, energy and enthusiasm to every session 💪🏽
⭐️ Has a STRONG opinion on pretty much everything… and somehow is always very happy to let you know about it 🤣
⭐️ Cares so much about doing things properly that you’ll definitely hear his thoughts on the “right” way to do it

ANGE! 💪🔥

If you were at The Factory Murph last Saturday, you already know why Ange deserves this one… 😤🔥

⭐️ Won the entire Factory Murph! 🏆
⭐️ Started the first block run second last… and still came through to take the win! 😮‍💨
⭐️ Made up HUGE ground by absolutely sending it through the sit-ups, push-ups and squats 💪🏽🔥
⭐️ Beat clients half her age along the way proving that age is just a number when you’re willing to put in the work! 🫡
⭐️ Has been consistently training and building her fitness week after week 👏🏽
⭐️ Always willing to challenge herself, push outside her comfort zone and give everything a crack! 💯
