King’s Birthday Long Weekend Hours 👑

Please take note of our opening hours for the upcoming long weekend.

On Monday, the gym will be open from 8:00am–4:00pm. There will be no classes or creche running on the public holiday, however our virtual classes will still be available.

We hope everyone enjoys the extra day off and we look forward to seeing you in the gym over the weekend!

Take your training to the next level with our 5-Week HYROX Inspired Training Program - designed for those preparing for the upcoming Sydney HYROX event, or anyone wanting to challenge themselves and build elite-level fitness.

• Start Date: Sunday 30 May
• Program Length: 5 Weeks
• Time: 10:00am
• Duration: 45 - 60 minutes
• Class Limit: 18 participants

Throughout the program, benchmark results and workout times will be recorded to help track progress, measure improvement, and keep you accountable week-to-week.

Bookings can be made at reception 30mins prior to the class start time - First in first served.

WARNING: This program is not like our usual functional training classes. It is higher in intensity and not for the faint-hearted!

The wait is over! Our state-of-the-art full spectrum infrared saunas are now officially open and ready for you to enjoy!

Our saunas are completely private, never shared or community-based. You’ll have your own dedicated sauna room with a private 3-seater sauna, reserved just for you (or to enjoy with a friend). This ensures a comfortable, safe, and relaxing experience every time you visit.

To ensure we deliver the best possible experience, sauna bookings are currently available only at reception while we fine-tune our process. Our online booking system and MYGYM app (where you’ll also be able to book) will launch in the coming weeks - Stay tuned!
