Meet Coach Jess! 👋

A Northern Beaches local, behavioural therapist, and multi year ANTHEM rider who has trained up to coach! Jess brings warmth, fun, and encouragement to every room she’s in.

She believes that simply showing up to class is an achievement in itself. Everything else you accomplish during the ride is just a bonus.

Catch Jess team teaching with Mikey Wednesday June 10th at 6:00am for her debut ride and help us give her the warm welcome she deserves. Then keep an eye on the schedule where you’ll be seeing a lot more of her! 💜

❄️ WINTER WEEKDAY SCHEDULE UPDATE ❄️

Starting May 19th, we’re making a small adjustment to our weekday timetable for winter.

The only changes:
• Tuesday 9:30AM class removed
• Thursday 9:30AM class removed

Everything else stays exactly the same, including all weekend classes.

Thanks for riding with us through every season 💜

Today at 9:30 AM, we rode one last time with our girl Vale 💜

In just six months, she taught 82 classes and left a mark on every single person lucky enough to clip in with her. Vale brought us her energy, her magic, her motivation, her passion, and so much more. She is one of the most impressive, passionate, and driven young coaches we’ve ever met, and we already know this is only the beginning for her.

This weekend, she heads back home to Mexico, and while we’re going to miss her more than words can say, we are so grateful she chose to spend this chapter with us. We cannot wait to watch her take over the cycle world because trust us when we say that she is going FAR ✨

And if you ever find yourself in Mexico, do yourself a favor and ride with her. It’s truly an experience!
