This is what consistency looks like 👏
Karen is currently on a once in a lifetime trip through the USA and Canada, and right now she’s exploring Alaska 🇺🇸🇨🇦❄️
She shared with our private group today that she’s averaging 30,000 steps a day and the best part?
She’s not even getting puffed out.
When Karen first started, this level of fitness would have felt impossible. We set this trip as a fitness goal and through consistently showing up for herself with 3 x 45 minute training sessions each week, she has completely transformed her fitness, stamina, and confidence.
