500 sessions. What a milestone. 💙

A huge congratulations to Tee on reaching 500 sessions!

As one of our foundation members, Tee has been part of the BFT Riverstone journey since the very beginning. While life, travel and a few breaks along the way meant the road to 500 wasn’t a straight line, one thing has always stayed the same…he always finds his way back.

This milestone is a reminder that fitness isn’t about being perfect. It’s about consistency over the long run, picking up where you left off, and continuing to show up for yourself.

Tee, thank you for being such an important part of the BFT Riverstone community from day one. We appreciate your loyalty, your support, and the energy you bring to the studio.

Here’s to 500 sessions and plenty more to come. Congratulations, Tee! 👏🎉

500 sessions! 💙

A huge congratulations to our incredible Steph on reaching an amazing 500 sessions! What an achievement.

From early mornings to the 9:30am mums club, Steph has shown up time and time again with consistency, determination and a smile on her face and a pretty impressive skipping talent!

And we can’t forget Ivy… who technically has a pretty impressive attendance record herself! 👶💪 After training alongside Mum before making her grand entrance, we need to give Ivy partial credit for those 500 sessions. We think she definitely earned them!

Steph, we’re so proud of everything you’ve achieved and it’s been so special to watch your journey both inside and outside the studio. Thank you for being such an important part of the BFT Riverstone community.
