For the first time since 2018, junior cricket returns to Medowie!

Proud to be working alongside Cricket NSW and Newcastle Junior Cricket Association to bring cricket back to this area! Huge things planned over the next 12 months!

Uniquely positioned to deliver a wide range of cricket options, whilst we will aim to expand our junior program - we're striving to bring a girls only side to Port Stephens in 2026! Watch this space!

But today, is about these boys! Some who have matriculated through the blast program, and others new to the club. A five year journey at Kindlebark Oval, culminating in a match against Stockton & Northern Districts Cricket Club!

Port Stephens v Newcastle & Hunter District Veterans

Today, the Pythons create another proud chapter in club history - fielding our first ever Veterans side in the Hamman Cup competition! 🏏

In doing so, we become the only club in our LGA to offer cricket opportunities across every age group - Blasters, Juniors, Seniors, Masters, and now Veterans - catering for 5-75!

What an incredible achievement for our community club. Situated within both the NDCA and NJCA, we’re uniquely positioned to support even more competitions in the future. Watch this space!

Our regular Friday night meat tray raffles are back from 5:30pm at the Spinning Wheel Hotel but this week, all proceeds will go to 2cuzcruzi'n4cure - David Fuller aka Gadget and Darren Hardes.

The lads have entered into the 'Sh*tbox Rally 2025' and are attempting to raise $5,000 themselves to help find a cure for cancer!

Be sure to head to the Spinner after 5:30, with draws kicking off just after 6pm!🥩🎉

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to change the registration times for tomorrow, Saturday, 4 October. We apologise for any inconvenience!

Saturday 4 October
🕘 2:00–3:30pm – Kindlebark Oval, Medowie
🕚 4:00–5:30pm – King Park 5, Raymond Terrace

💰 $0 Registration for 2025/26 Season!
