There’s an old line about a farmer who kept checking his seeds.
Every few days he’d dig one up to see whether it had taken root. Then he’d put it back, cover it over, and wait. At harvest his neighbour’s field was full and his was bare. Same seed, same soil, same rain. The difference was that one of them left it in the ground.
Most people don’t quit training. They dig it up. They train for three weeks and check the mirror. They train for six and check the scale. When the number doesn’t move they decide the seed was bad and go looking for a better one.
The work you did in March is under your feet right now, whether you can see it or not. So is the work you’ll do this week.
December will show you what you planted. January will show everyone why December mattered.
Stay in the ground. 🌱
