Trainzone Holiday Closure Announcement 🎄

As the year comes to an end, Trainzone will be taking a well-deserved break!

We will be closed from 21st of December 2024 and will reopen on 6th of January 2025.

Thank you for an incredible year of hard work, dedication, and community spirit. We can’t wait to see you all refreshed and ready to kick off the new year with us!

Trip down memory lane.... Did you know before train zone we were called Fitness Kickboxing Australia for many years we ran as Fitness Kickboxing Australia at Lyn parade in Prestons. During covid we evolved our programs and changed our name to Trainzone offering a range of programs Hiit classes, Fitness kickboxing classes and Kickboxing classes.

We are now located at 5 nuwi place Prestons in an awesome facility amazing parking heaps of equipment and the same trainers who started FKA Terrence and Zena.

We are gearing up towards the next phase of Trainzone which we are really excited about keep watching this space!
