Huge congratulations Leisa, this month’s attendance draw winner.

There are some members who become so much a part of the place that it’s hard to remember what the gym was like before they were here.

Leisa is one of those people.

She’s helped create the kind of community people hope to find when they join a gym, and that’s something you can’t measure with a leaderboard.

Huge congratulations to Aubrey Bartolo, this month’s attendance draw winner.

Aubrey’s story is one we see all the time.

She started upstairs in Reformer Pilates because the gym felt intimidating. Fast forward a little over a year and she’s now one of the familiar faces in our morning classes.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the training. It’s simply walking through the door for the first time.

We’re glad she did.

This month, Aubrey’s consistency has earned her a $200 LSKD gift voucher.

Meet Kasey! 👋

At 38 weeks pregnant, Kasey is still showing up and training and that’s no accident. 🤰💪

Like many mums to be, she wasn’t sure what training would look like once she fell pregnant. She didn’t know what her body would be capable of or how long she’d be able to keep going.

The difference? Her training adapted as she did.

Throughout her pregnancy, Kasey has continued to combine both Strength & Conditioning and Reformer Pilates, with every session adjusted to suit her changing body, helping her stay strong, mobile and confident every step of the way.

For Kasey, training hasn’t been about PBs or lifting heavier. It’s been about continuing to move, looking after herself, preparing for recovery, and feeling her best both mentally and physically. On the days she doesn’t train, she feels the difference.

Kasey is a great reminder that there is rarely a “perfect” time to start. Whether you’re pregnant, returning from injury, completely new to training, or just getting back into a routine, the right program meets you where you’re at.

As Kasey puts it...

“I’m 38 weeks pregnant... I’m still doing it.”

Awesome work, Kasey. Wishing you all the best over the coming weeks. We can’t wait to meet the newest little member of the Sox Up family 🩵
