Winter isn’t the reason people fall off.

It’s just the season that exposes the habits that weren’t that strong to begin with.

In summer it’s easy.

It’s warm.
It’s bright.
You feel like doing things.

Winter removes some of that.

That’s why the people who seem to make the biggest transformations by summer usually aren’t doing anything special right now.

They’re just continuing to show up while everyone else is waiting for motivation to return.

You don’t need to be perfect this winter.

You just need to keep going.

Train.
Walk.
Eat reasonably well.

Then do it again tomorrow.

You don’t need to win winter.

You just need to not disappear until spring.
