Technique and strength based and results led. Each person who steps through our doors is considered an Athlete. Regardless of age, gender, sport, or social group. We have all the necessary equipment to get the results you deserve. Each athlete goes through the necessary screening protocols to ensure they're the right fit for our gym. Everyone who trains at SAW is committed and passionate about their training and the coaching and facility reflect that.

After some time off as she was finishing up her studies and graduating university Fi has showed up strong during testing week.

After retiring from OzTag with her ACL intact 😂 decided she’d test her joint health with some heavy lifting, despite the warnings that it is bad for her and will stunt her growth 🤭

Congratulations to this legend! After suffering from a hip injury he came back towards the end of this cycle and work diligently with .physiofit and it has payed dividends!
It’s great that we can rely on such great practitioners from Balance Health & Performance to help our members get back to full health and improve their performance 💪🏻
