SMART Coaching

We provide customised training programs, designed specifically to individual needs in the areas of Triathlon and various Multisport events.

SMART Coaching is a family run and owned business by experienced Triathlon and Multisport athletes Belinda and Ben Johnson. Both Belinda and Ben are well renowned for their sporting achievements and wish to provide other athletes with the knowledge, advice, guidance and support to assist them in achieving their sporting goals. Whether these goals are in Triathlon, Adventure racing, Surf Life Saving (Coolongatta Gold) or other Multisport Events, SMART Coaching can provide the individual athlete with a comprehensive customised training program. Programs can also be (if desired) incorporated into group training and training camps. SMART coaching caters for all fitness levels.

Only just over 2 more weeks to go! There is a slight change to the weekly schedule when the pool reopens on Saturday 1 August.
We will still be offering 5 x sessions starting the week off on Tuesdays now. No more Monday morning swim squads the exciting addition is our strength/swim on Wednesdays at 9.30am. We can’t wait to see you all very soon.

BUT don’t get too comfy we are back Monday 3 August at 6am sharp and ready to go.

In the meantime we have delegated responsibilities to the most qualified staff member… 🐶

🎥 SMART Chats is back!

This week, Ben is talking all things pre-surgery, sharing what was going through his mind before heading in for his ear surgery.

Now that the surgery is done and he’s on the road to recovery, Belinda is wondering just how much can be agreed to while the pain meds are still working… 🤔😂. Wishing Ben a speedy recovery and looking forward to having him back at full volume very soon! 🎙️💙

Due to Kings birthday public holiday and Ben and I are away on Tuesday and Wednesday there will be no SMART Coaching swim squad. We are back to normal on Thursday 11 June. See all you swimmers then! Have a great long weekend 🏊
