SMART Coaching We provide customised training programs, designed specifically to individual needs in the areas of Triathlon and various Multisport events.

SMART Coaching is a family run and owned business by experienced Triathlon and Multisport athletes Belinda and Ben Johnson. Both Belinda and Ben are well renowned for their sporting achievements and wish to provide other athletes with the knowledge, advice, guidance and support to assist them in achieving their sporting goals. Whether these goals are in Triathlon, Adventure racing, Surf Life Savin

g (Coolongatta Gold) or other Multisport Events, SMART Coaching can provide the individual athlete with a comprehensive customised training program. Programs can also be (if desired) incorporated into group training and training camps. SMART coaching caters for all fitness levels.

There will be no swim squad training on the following dates:
• Friday 17 April at 6am
• Monday 20 April at 6am
• Friday 24 April at 6am

I’ll be away during this time – sorry for any inconvenience caused, but we’ll be back into it fresh and ready to go after or alternatively Ben has sessions on Wednesday mornings at 6am, Tuesday and Thursdays at 5.30pm so you don’t miss out 💪
