Last week we stepped back so this week we could step forward ➡️

Training isn’t about going as hard as possible every session. It’s about applying the right stimulus at the right time. A deload/low volume phase reduces accumulated fatigue, allowing your body to recover and adapt. Once that fatigue is lower, we can increase training volume to build strength, muscle, movement quality and work capacity before progressing into heavier, more intense training.
