Dave is now taking on new clients at Elev8tion! 🙌🏻

Dave brings 14 years of experience as a personal trainer, working with all kinds of people across New Zealand and Australia.
Over the past few years, he’s also been working as an NDIS support worker, and is now putting more time and focus back into personal training.

He’s all about keeping training personalised, effective, and actually enjoyable 😊

Whether your goal is to loose weight, build strength, improve mobility, or just feel better overall, Dave will meet you where you’re at and help you progress the right way.

Outside the gym, he’s a full history nerd!

A few random facts about Dave:
– He’s been to the Vatican twice
– Born in New Zealand, lived in Sydney for 5 years, and has been in Port Mac since 2020
– Placed 3rd in a regional powerlifting comp 🏋🏼‍♂️

Chocolate is my weakness… and I’m definitely not saying don’t eat it this Easter.

This is just your little reminder how quickly it can add up. That one Easter bunny is 1357 calories, compared to all those meals & snacks for less.

Nothing is off limits. It’s just about being a bit more aware and not smashing it mindlessly just because it’s there.

Enjoy it, have the chocolate, just keep a bit of balance so you don’t step on the scales next week and go “why did I do that” 😂
