A little reminder from your trainers today:

Your workout doesn’t need to leave you crawling out the door to be effective.

A good session should help you build strength, improve fitness, support your joints, boost your mood and give you energy for life outside the studio.

Yes, we love a challenge.

Yes, we love seeing women push themselves.

But we also love smart training.

Progress comes from consistency, good technique, the right support and showing up regularly, not from smashing yourself every single session.

Train well.
Recover well.
Keep going.

✨ A beautiful morning of conversation, learning and reflection ✨

Last Saturday we were incredibly grateful to share a powerful yarn with Kristal Kinsela ♌️

It was lovely to see so many of our members come along to listen, learn and be part of the conversation. The morning had such a genuine community feel, and we are so grateful to everyone who joined us.

Kristal led us through a thoughtful and meaningful discussion, touching on important topics like equity versus equality, the value of listening, and how sometimes the best response is not to get mad — but to get curious and ask more questions.

She also reminded us that speaking up matters. If we hear or see behaviour that feels racist, we all have a role to play in calling it out and being part of positive change.

One quote that really stayed with us was:

“We get a choice every day to be a victim, or find a lesson and move forward.”

We also spoke about practical ways to support Aboriginal people, communities and businesses — including checking out Supply Nation, and .

We are so excited to welcome Kristal Kinsela to Miss Motivator this Saturday 10am ✨

This year, we’re proud to be hosting our very first Reconciliation Week event — a yarn and morning tea with special guest Kristal.

Kristal is a proud Jawoyn and Wiradjuri woman who lives and raises her family here in Port Macquarie. She is a passionate Indigenous business leader, board director, author, speaker and the host of her own podcast, Meet the Mob.

You may have recently seen Kristal featured in Focus Magazine, where she shared her deeply personal journey with breast cancer, her commitment to health and wellbeing, and her incredible adventures reaching Everest Base Camp and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

Kristal’s story is one of strength, resilience, courage and community — and we know it will resonate with so many of our Miss Motivator family.

Everyone is welcome. Please feel free to bring along friends or family who you think would love to be part of this special morning.
