Jas not only provided a brilliant social calendar for players and supporters to enjoy this year, but also raised awareness and funds for some incredibly important causes. Supported by Lily, we cannot thank Jas enough for her commitment and contribution to the PFC. We are incredibly proud of you!

2026 NWFL COLTS JOINT RUNNER-UP BEST & FAIREST

Congratulations to Hamilton Jackson on being awarded equal runner-up in the NWFL Colts Best & Fairest for 2026. Hammer dominated the ruck for the Colts this year, finishing in the best players on 10 occasions while also hitting the scoreboard with 18 goals. Hammer will play a big part in the Colts challenge for a Premiership at Latrobe this weekend.
