A lot of people write off pull ups before they even try… but reality is, it’s just a matter of building the right foundations.

The biggest mistake we see parents make?

Thinking that more games automatically creates better athletes.

The truth is that sport teaches kids how to play their sport.

But strength, speed, coordination, balance and movement skills need to be developed too.

Every week, we work with local kids to help them:

✅ Build confidence
✅ Develop strength safely
✅ Improve coordination and movement
✅ Learn how to train properly
✅ Create healthy habits that last a lifetime

The goal isn’t to create professional athletes.

The goal is to help kids become more confident, capable and resilient young people.

Some of our members play representative sport.

Some play weekend sport.

Some simply want to feel more confident moving their bodies.

Every one of them benefits from learning how to move well.

If you’re looking for a structured, supportive environment where your child can develop both physically and mentally, we’d love to show you what we’re all about.

Meet Coach Bradman. 🏋️‍♂️

Last week you met Coach Archie. This week we thought we’d make the introduction a little more… interactive.

Every bad answer = more weight on the bar.

Turns out he hates 5am Wednesdays, has questionable post-workout nutrition, and couldn’t tell us exactly how long he’d been here to the minute.

220kg later…. we think he’s earned his spot.
