Yet another one of my clients who’s put on 4KG in one month. In the short span of 30 days AK has managed to accomplish something he’s also struggled with when training on his own.

Coming from a martial arts background he always found it easy to cut weight, but extremely difficult to bulk up. When he first came to me I explained him the results we could achieve if he followed my diet and training plans over the course of the next year.

He was understandably skeptical when I told him this sort of result was possible, as he hadn’t been able to put on this much lean tissue in 2, 3 months, let alone one.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ⭐️
Nass came to us a little into August with the goal of completely transforming his body, and that he did. In just under 5 months he’s gone from 120KG to 88KG, which means he’s lost a staggering 32 KGS. With very minimal experience in a gym before this, Nass had complete faith in Peak Body to guide him in the right direction. With our Fat Loss portion of the transformation coming to an end, I can’t wait to see what our muscle growth program will do.
