HERITAGE TRAINING NIGHT

This Thursday we’re winding the clock back for a special Heritage Training Session!

Dust off the old gear and relive the glory days:

🏉 Old shorts, old socks, old guernseys encouraged
🏉 Outdated drills are making a comeback circle work, Indian file and plenty of standing around pretending to stretch

A big weekend for some of our future stars representing the SFNL on Sunday.

Under 14 footballers travelled to Swan Hill and all enjoyed great performances enjoying an 8 point win with Ethan Dalla Santa taking out best afield honours.

Our 13’s and 15’s netballers were in Echuca with Christie Becker’s 15’s undefeated taking out the title & Meg McManus’s 13’s going down by a goal in the final.
Our girls all performed well showing the strength in our program 💚

BYE WEEK UPDATE

After an arduous summer, a huge pre-season, and 9 straight rounds, it’s time for a well earned breather.
This week provides an opportunity for everyone across our club to rest, recover and recharge before we launch into the second half of the season.
The club is in a fantastic position and we can’t thank you all enough for the efforts right across the club.

Club Information

Netball
• No official training this week.
• Activities will be communicated through team chat groups.

Football
• Auskick, Under 12s, Under 14s and Girls football will train as usual with Girls football Friday night.
• All other grades, please check your team chat groups for updates.
Senior/Reserves footballers from today and THE PAST keep and eye out for something this Thursday night.

🍽️ Imperial Bar
There will be no Thursday night meals this week allowing our IMPS on 12th team a well deserved week off.

Take the time to get your bodies right, freshen the mind, spend time with family and friends, and come back next week refreshed, re-energised and ready for a big run home.
