Imperial Football & Netball Club is delighted to welcome Don Falvo as our Senior Football Coach.
Don comes to the club with an outstanding football pedigree, an impeccable playing record being a multiple premiership player, SFNL senior games record holder, 12 times senior best and fairest and 4 times McLeod Medallist. With a strong coaching background Don offers excellent leadership, communication skills and ability to build genuine relationships which stood out throughout the process.
A major focus for Donny will be development. We want to continue building a football program that gives our players every opportunity to improve, challenges them to reach their potential and creates a clear pathway for our talented juniors into senior football.
Don brings a strong football mind, high standards and a genuine passion for helping players get better. His ability to communicate, teach and bring people together makes him an exciting fit for where we want to take our football program.
This appointment is about more than just our Senior team. It is about continuing to strengthen the culture and development pathway across the entire club and building something sustainable for the future.
We are incredibly excited to have Don on board and look forward to seeing him get to work with our playing group.
