Bringing back the OG vibes at today’s Skate Fit Sunday 🔥

We got low with J.Lo and honestly… there were more squats than a 2000s dance floor at peak hour 😮‍🔥

We danced, we jumped, and of course… we hit the Nutbush 💃

Packed full of high-energy fitness, old school bangers, and the kind of vibes that make you forget you’re working out (until tomorrow 👀)

Sore legs incoming… but so worth it 💪✨

Welcome to SKATEFIT 2025 - Term 4 We start on Sunday 5th October. Sessions run 3:30-5pm at Irymple Leisure Centre. Please be aware that as it gets hotter we may move skatefit to a later time. This will be communicated through facebook via the skatefit chat and the group page. We'll run for 10 weeks....
