Yesterday we raced at Maryborough speedway for the first round of the new season. Harry was in his 125ngb and Fletcher had his first race in Juniors.
After a trying end to last season with engine issues in the 125 we spent the off season replacing various parts we thought were the cause, thankfully it was fixed and Harry drove well to finish on the podium in 3rd. Fletcher had a fun day even though he had issues with the carby all day and didnt get to finish a race he held himself together and supported his brother and friends which made me so proud. Thanks to all who help and support us

What a great weekend at Bundaberg Speedway Karts. Harry only ran his 125ngb even though we have an electrical gremlin we have been chasing for the last 2 meetings which causes the engine to hesitate he had a solid weekend. Finished the twin track series for 125 in 3rd. In the 2 driver races Harry teamed up with Wyatt Logan in Standard heavy and the came home in 3rd which was cool. In the allpowers Harry teamed up with Sam Roza on tyre chewing track with only soft tyres Harry and Sam managed the tyes well over the 30 laps and came home 3rd. Massive thanks to all who help.

2026 Aus title done and dusted.
Started the Standard feature out of 9th and railed the top and got to the lead with some brillant driving but unfortunatly 3 laps from becoming the new Aus1 contact from another kart sent Harry onto the rough stuff damaging the nosecone and having to retire. Absolutely devastad for him but he proved he had the speed.
The 125 feature saw Harry start out of 10th, running the top again he made he way to 5th right on the back bar of the leaders until with 5laps to go the brake master cylinder mount bolts sheared off causing him to retire again.

Day 1 of the Aus titles completed. We had a mixed day with both karts. The standard was ok but we just need a little bit more speed.
H1 8th-4th
H2 2nd-4th
H3 3rd-3rd
The 125 has really good speed but unfortunately in the last heat of the day a kart spun in front and with no where to go the RHR hit the kart that had spun bending the axle and splitting the rim. The highlight of the day though was in the 2nd 125 heat Harry drove awesome to get his first heat win.
H1 9th-7th
H2 2nd-1st
H3 5th- DNF gunna make it hard.
Big day tomorrow with 1 more heat and the Features.

Day 4 left Hay and finally arrived at Mildura, what a boring section of road. Practise tomorrow.

Day 3 on the road to Mildura. We woke up in Temora to find the historic vehicle club had a meeting on at the caravan park we were at so we had a fun morning looking at cars some over 120 yrs old, we then spent the morning at the aviation museum in Temora then headed to Hay where we stay for the night before getting to Mildura tomorrow.
